As many of our products are custom-made or printed to order, please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
- The product received is damaged during transit.
- The product received is defective due to a manufacturing fault.
- The product received is significantly different from the approved design or order details.
- The wrong item was supplied by DNH Decals.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving their order and provide clear photographs showing the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the customized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Custom-made decals approved by the customer before printing.
- Incorrect information, measurements, colors, or specifications provided by the customer.
- Change of mind after production has commenced.
- Minor color variations caused by differences in screen displays, monitors, or devices.
- Installation errors, improper application, or damage caused after delivery.
Refund Policy
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
Refunds may be issued when:
- The ordered product cannot be produced.
- A manufacturing defect cannot be resolved through replacement.
- An order is cancelled before production begins.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution.
Replacement Policy
In cases where a product is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, DNH Decals may provide a replacement at no additional cost instead of issuing a refund.
Our team will review all claims and determine the most suitable resolution based on the circumstances.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before artwork approval and before production has commenced.
Once artwork has been approved and printing or production has started, cancellation requests cannot be accepted as materials, labor, and production costs have already been incurred.
Shipping Damage Claims
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take clear photographs of the package and contents immediately.
- Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and supporting images.
We will assess the claim and work towards a fair resolution as quickly as possible.
